Dr. David Agus specializes in treating cancer and is a researcher at the Ellison Institute at the University of Southern California. He is also a regular contributor to CBS News and has spent much of the past year answering questions about COVID-19 and vaccines on tv and social media. Dr. Agus believes leaders have a responsibility to be transparent and accurate, especially during a pandemic, “We saw people just talking and not thinking of the ramifications of their words and of their actions.There weren’t people stepping up to really normalize the right ideas, the right behavior and it became more about a belief system than data.” Dr. Agus spoke with Dov Seidman, HOW Institute Founder and Executive Chairman for a special two part episode of HOW Conversations.
