Leadership is about inspiring, not imposing

“Leadership is always about being able to articulate a vision in a way that others will believe and follow it.”  Dr. Albert Bourla, the CEO of Pfizer, spoke with Dov Seidman, the Founder and Executive Chairman of The HOW Institute, about the intense race to develop a Covid-19 vaccine in a new episode of HOW Conversations.

Dr. Bourla tells Dov that people often underestimate what they can achieve, “Even if you think it’s impossible, just go for it. And you’ll be surprised how much more than what you thought will be achieved.”   Dr. Bourla’s new book, Moonshot, describes Pfizer’s collaboration with BioNTech to create, test and manufacture a safe and effective vaccine in just nine months — to make “the impossible possible”.
