Moral Metrics Working Group
To measure moral leadership within organizations, The HOW Institute established a Moral Metrics Working Group with CHROs across a range of sectors to evolve and innovate metrics for measuring aspects of HOW in organizations. This group serves as practitioner partners to The HOW Institute research team and the Research Advisory Council (RAC) offering insights into best practices and piloting metrics within their organizations. Their contributions advance our work through performance pilots, realtime insights, and widespread adoption.
